Excellent Service! I've been going to Lilly's for years. I've never had any issues. Highly recommend
Does not open on time...one time i went about 3pm and they had a sign saying they were getting their kids from school, ok thats fine, until you have a line of people waiting for 30mins. January 19 i got there at 8:45, i waited til 9:15am and called 5 times (no answer) knocked on the window completely dark.nHaven't had a problem with clothes, just frustrated because never know when they are open (new hours 9am-6pm)
my girlfriend dropped some suits, slacks, and dress shirts of mine off for dry cleaning and pressing. Almost every article of clothing has numerous wrinkles and creases from where There was either no effort given to making sure the clothes look good, or they deliberately screwed them up for some odd reason.nnYou literally can’t even tell some of the articles of clothing were pressed. It looks more like they threw it next to a hot shower and hoped the wrinkles came out. Extremely unprofessional, worst dry cleaning experience (other than lost clothes) That I’ve ever experienced.nnUnfortunately, we Dropped off a ton of dry cleaning before picking up this first batch. I can’t wait to see how exceptionally they screw this up too.
Decent service and pricing. Hours are very restrictive though... 9am to 6pm Monday thru Friday only.
Great service! One stop shop! Especially if you need military uniforms done! You can also order name tapes and U.S tapes for OCP’s uniforms for next day pick-up too!
