Horrible first experience . I should’ve listened to the reviews. The lady working , white with short hair, had the worst customer service ever. I was not greeted, and she almost walked away from me when I was headed her direction. I told her I’ve never done dry cleaning and simply asked “what starch she recommended?” She replied with the DRYEST TONE EVER “it’s whatever you want”. Needless to say, I said never mind and am taking my hard earned money to somewhere with workers that are atleast respectful.

Their Employee is polite and your materials can be cleaned and ready in 2 days.

Went in to get my son's suit for prom cleaned and I believe I interrupted the young lady who worked there and her girlfriend from their visiting hr because she was really short with me and telling me they don't do a hr cleaning service (didn't offer to tell me which Jim Massey offered this service) so I asked if I drop it off now what time can I get it back and she told me ANYTIME before 5. Well I agreed and dropped it off..Called the nxt day to check on the status and found out the girl DIDN'T put my son's suit with the clothes to be picked up that evening but instead sent it out Fri morning and it wouldn't have been ready til Mon....Hire ppl who want to work and not Hangout with their friends inside the store during business hrs on speaker phone!!!

I just took the capris that you cleaned out of bag. You did a lousy job. You messed up the cuffs on my pants. They look like crap.
