Take a picture of your clothes before you take them here. On separate occasions I have taken PLEATED shirts or dresses to be dry cleaned and they IRONED OUT all the pleats. The latest set of items I picked up smelled musty and will have to be hung outside before I can wear them. I am very unhappy with this company.

If you have any expensive clothes please don't get it dry cleaned here. I had my 300 dollar Leatherman jacket coat cleaned her and got it back with a rip, and on top of that I get charged for them not being able to properly clean the jacket. Worse dry cleaner I been to yet!!!

Been a customer at this location for many years. Have put up with issues and poor service (a few good people but few). Final straw was when I was charge 8 for a shirt to be laundered when it should have been 3. Worker told me she couldn't correct prices. Was offered a refund the next day on a phone call but to many issues will take my business to another cleaners

I was told by my alteration shop to call a dry cleaner to see about getting my dress steamed. This was the very first time I've ever called this place and I was met with someone who doesn't know the answers to any questions. My one question was, how much is it to steam a wedding dress? She put me on hold for several minutes and then came back saying that they would have to clean it. I was lost because I didn't need a cleaning. I needed my dress only pressed for the wedding. I explained to her that the dress had not been worn yet, so I'm a bit confused as to why they needed to clean it first? The girl on the phone didn't care at all and advised me to call the manager back tomorrow so that she can tell me what I need to do. In my mind, I'm not calling back, especially after calling the other location and them telling me that is $154 to steam my wedding dress when Worth cleaners is only $64! Jim Massey's cleaners is highway robbery! When I asked the lady why is it so much when their neighboring competition is less than half that price, she only told me that they take 30% off of the cleaning which makes it $154. That's ridiculous! For that I can take it to my bathroom and turn the hot water on and let the shower steam it.

I rarely get anything dry cleaned if I can help it, but my daughter had a very expensive prom dress she wore once and I wanted it cleaned. I took it to this location because I suspected they are the most reliable, and they are. They quoted me a reasonable price and then gave me several, much appreciated discounts. The service was excellent and friendly. The manager was there taking care of customers. The dress came out nice and is well stored. Good service all around.
