HORRIBLE experience ever!! They charge an arm & a leg. One item, a simple dress they charged almost $15. Ive dry cleaned 4 items for less somewhere else. They are theives! The people that worked there had no compassion & no care. Do not go here!!
I had over 20 designer items that were suppose to been dry cleaned but they were WASHED & DRIED! Some were discolored and the manager said they were not responsible because they didn’t see anything wrong with them! Never again will I or anyone close to me use JIM MASSEY’S CLEANERS ud83dude24
I wish I could give less then one star. Horrendous service, I dropped off five items on a Wednesday needing them back for the following Monday. I was told they would be ready Friday after 5. I show up and they only have four of my items and the shirt I need for Monday morning won't be ready until Monday. Do not get your dry cleaning/laundry from this joke of a business.
