Absolutely terrible place the triage nurse is Absolutely rude and she won't answer calls on purpose . Absolutely rude and dr grant is a nightmare he doesn't take much time with you he also has a very bad attitude and has no bedside manner at all I had a heart monitor on over two months ago and I still have not gotten my results and I was then told there was no reason to come in that I would be called with the results so still nothing from that either just a terrible place literally needs to be shut down .

When I was in the hospital for a week, the doctors from the clinic was at the hospital everyday to make sure I was getting the proper care to get well. After I got back out of the hospital they still helpful as well.

The absolute Worst place to exist on the planet. The lady that makes the appointments is sooo rude. She answers the phone like you're calling her house personally. To get refills, is IMPOSSIBLE. They need to fire and rehire. I miss my Dr from Auburn.

Granted: a medical practice with many providers is going to vary in quality. Also, given the 'creative' spelling of the people leaving negative reviews, we can also assume that some reviews are more a reflection of their author than of the services received. That said - the administration of this facility is sorely lacking. A prescription for a potentially life threatening condition was never ordered. To track it down, I had to spend an aggregate three hours of navigating through phone trees, being transferred to voicemail (which were never returned), and even stopping by in person when phone calls failed. Now - the good news - the resident physician we worked with achieved a very high standard of medical care - attentive, insightful, and willing to consider the totality of the system (not 'drive-thru medicine'). But without administrative follow-up, this is for naught. We like the provider very much, but will be transferring to a different facility because of the high likelihood of future problems with the practice.

Many of my family members and I have been seeking medical care from this facility for 25 years or more. Over the years professionalism, care for the viability and health of patients, and plain common sense is at an all time low. Most of the employees are just there to get a check, not to be of service to the community that contributes to the means of them getting that paycheck! The resident/student doctor that was assigned to me, Dr. Hicks has told me numerous times that he has done all that he knows to do for me. He dismisses my concerns or current ailments and just puts down what he wants for my reason of seeing on any given appointment. I have sat and waited eight hours on to occasions waiting on several of the main/ real doctors to come in to help me get the info and care I needed. I have been misdiagnosed numerous times by the many incompetent residents who just want to write you numerous prescriptions and send you on your way! On my last visit, I had a conference with Dr. Hicks and Dr. Gupta, I told them both that I now longer wanted to be treated by Dr. Hicks. Today when I called and informed the receptionist that I was in an auto accident yesterday. I told her the situation with Dr. Hicks and requested to make an appointment with Dr. Gupta. The receptionist says wait let me see if he's here. She comes back to the phone and tells me: well my supervisor said we can't change doctors you have to see your assigned doctor. Now who in their right mind would go back and see a doctor who shows no concern or who is incapable of addressing their needs! Not I!! I truly love love Dr. Angela Stallworth, Dr. Vikas Gupta, and Dr.Thomas Kincer a handful of nurses, Mrs. Vicki in the lab, Mrs. Linda in medical records and my two receptionists up front. Everybody else need to fired and the business need to start with a fresh crew!!! People, please don't go there and be a guinea pig!!! Speak up if needed and be your own biggest advocate for a HEALTHY LIFE!
