I'm not sure about the other reviews. My doctor is Dr. Pena. He has always been kind, calm, polite, knowledgeable, with great experience. His nurses were always helpful. They helped me with my discomfort with needles. I'm not sure about the new upfront desk help but I'll be seeing them again soon. If anything eventful happens to change my mind, I'll comment. The waits have always been long though. I will say that.

Dr. Zimmerman refused to do surgery on me to remove a large cyst from my ovary because I left her a negative review about her service. I was totally uninformed and treated like trash because I thought I deserved more information on the procedure and what exactly she was doing to me. I showed up to preop thinking I was only getting a cyst removed to find out I might be receiving an oophorectomy and “possible” supracervical hysterectomy. However, the day before I was told none of this by her nurse. She cares nothing about her patients, at least not me, because instead of making the situation right she decided to cancel a “emergency” surgery because of her pride. She is very unprofessional.

I love Dr Mcintrye. He always sees me promptly and has a great attitude.

The nurse I spoke to and my doctor deserve 5 stars no doubt. But after the ordeal that I went through on Wednesday, the office deserved no stars. I had a 2:20 appointment to see my OB for an exam and for a refill of my medication. By 2:40 I asked the front desk when I would be seen and they told me the doctor was a little behind but would get to me soon. Not even 5 minutes later, the nurse comes out and apologizes but says the doctor has to leave for a c-section. They want us all to wait, to which I said I couldn't. I told the front desk staff I needed to see the doctor because I NEEDED a refill; I only had 2 pills left at the time of my appointment. I asked if they could squeeze me into their schedule sometime the next day or Friday and they said no. So, I asked if I could see another doctor or speak to the nurse and they said no. They said they would call me and I could come back when the doctor did. By 4:11 I hadn't heard anything so I called. They told me the doctor wasn't back yet. So I went back to the office to wait but the door was locked. They opened the door and said the doctor had 2 other c-sections after the first and that she wasn't coming back. They were so rude to me and told me to call the nurse in the morning. So I couldn't talk to her earlier in the day but suddenly I can call her. The nurse was so apolgetic and got me my perscription within a few hours. But this was more of a pain than it was worth! I just wonder how they would have treated some poor pregnant woman who was having complications or needed a doctor.

I waited for an hour to see a provider for a scheduled appointment. I arrived at 3 pm for a 3 pm appointment and by 4 pm I still had not been seen. I highly recommend seeking care at an office that is organized and scheduled better than this place unless you have lots of time to waste.
