I visited this facility for the first time to get a Covid vaccine and my experience was very good. The staff was polite and efficient. The facility was clean, bright, and beautiful. So much different than the old, dark, and dreary facilities that I have been to in the past. I really did feel appreciated.

The lady who is in the glasses store upstairs providing the eyeglasses (not the eye clinic), she behaved so offensively, a foul temper. sharp, snapping responses , grumpy, rude and impatient. Not acceptable. Could not have been less interested in helping the customers. Left there wondering how the heck a person gets by with an attitude like that? Isn't her job supposed to be to serve the military members who have served their country??? Hope her karma is swift , and as horrible as she is.

Customer service is a joke. They are some very rude people. It makes you do even want to call for nothing. My heart goes out to you veterans that need help and these folks on the line talking to you like you are nothing.

Just had one of the rep tell me that I can only be seen at a VA clinic for dental. When I told her that that was incorrect she preceded to tell me ‘we aren’t doing this today, you can either come see the VA dentist or have tri care pay for tour dental’. Then she cut the call and transferred me to a different person. That’s how you treat Veterans? The next rep also try to convince me to be seen at the VA clinic in Tuskegee using scare tactics. Was told that it would be months before I get seen by a civilian dentist and more than likely the referral wasn’t going to be approved. Really??? Last time I checked that’s why we have the choice program.
