I normally don’t complete reviews but instead write blogs and newspaper articles but this is worth reviewing so everyone can be aware.nnI visited urgent care where I had an absolutely horrendous and definitely terrifying experience with Dr. Kidd. Not only was she EXTREMELY rude and dismissive, she offered no assistance or suggestion on my positive COVID-19 results. This “Dr.” literally yelled and spoke to me a condescending manner without having any general knowledge on my file, ONLY my appearance. Not only did she walk out the room without notice but also seemingly threw my results sheet at me. I spoke with Jamila, who sincerely apologized. She also said that she would inform her manager, which I have not heard from since visiting. No one deserves this type of treatment.

Terrible experience at AFC in Eastchase today. I was told by my primary care doctor to get a Covid ANTIBODY test. Called and made an appointment FOR THE ANTIBODY Test at noon. When I was finally taken into a room, they tried twice to give me a Covid test. I explained that’s not what I was there for, and finally I was able to see their doctor who agreed that I needed the Antibody test. Phlebotomist came to draw blood. She blew the veins in both arms drawing no blood sample and then called in a second person to attempt to get blood. Second person recommended not using a vein in my hand because it’s “painful,” then looked at my arms and said she couldn’t use those veins. Two hours later, angry and hurt, I told her to forget it and walked out.

I am so very upset and highly disappointed of how I was treated. This was my first time visiting and their service to me was so poor I had to give them one ⭐ufe0f. I live on the other side of town. I had scheduled an appointment on the phone. Came as schedule ended up sitting out there over 30 minutes no one answered the phone. I drove around talk to a nurse I saw come out the back said she’d come out to see me have my I.d. and health insurance card ready I waited no one came. I requested to have a test done so I get clearance to go back to work. They don’t know how to treat people. It’s hot outside. I feel mistreated. I’m upset. A waste of my gas and my time. Thanks for nothing.

Called for information on COVID testing, cost and timing. Explained I was a cash patient. Was told $105 to $150, and 20 minutes to get results.nnSent my family member over. Hidden fees drove the price up to $325' results in whatever!!!nnNever do business with liars, especially medical liars.

Amazing service. But remember to always try to book an appointment with your primary doctor first for low level stuff. Cause urgent care is more expensive. Copay was $50 and I’ve got blue cross.
