I went here back as a second opinion during February 2018 and I haven't looked back since then Haley Kennedy and everybody else at that facility has given me my life back I cannot thank them enough. I will give them all my gratitude

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I made an appointment to see Kim Hindi at the Jackson Clinic. When I arrived, I was asked if I had my new patient forms with me. I told the receptionists no. She said she mailed them out. I explained I had not received them (As we all know the USPS has had issues for months now). She said she knows she sent them out and I have to reschedule because they are already behind and recommended that I go to the urgent care.

Departed ways with Ana Tejero after her nurse told me to go to urgent care or the emergency room (yes during this pandemic), as if she can't help me. FYI, she is an internal medicine doctor but she performs like she is just a nurse at a nursing home. I just started having intense migraine and she has one tried me one one type of medicine and didn't want to try me one anything else.(its only been a week and I've only seen her once, no blood work no nothing, just no I cant help) SO TO SAVE OTHERS TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO ANA TEJERO, SHE CAN NOT HELP YOU AND HER NEW NURSE SUCKS!!!!

Visit this office last year be careful of them billing you they like to bill double .... Dr.Christopher Waguespack was my doctor will never go back . He charged me for a visit when I didn’t even talk to him only because his staff didn’t remove a appointment which I was calling to complain on staff and a appointment for checkup visit...in the room he said that was a mistake and he would get his staff to remove and once I get to the front it’s a whole different story...his billing person said he said No...now they running games ...I called Jackson Billing to settle problem...but still no help...but never again pick another Clinic who cares about do their patients .Because I am A Person Big on Customer Service
