They are the only company where you cannot easily change payment methods without getting penalized. It is not the customer's fault that it takes you 30 days to process a payment method change. The change was made on my end well before the due date. While I'm here, the price you demand for water is price gouging. Let people pay for what they actually use and charge a reasonable fee. Shame on you.
As far as setting up an account online, was maybe a lot of information but it was approved very fast less than 24 hours.
My water company have awesome customer service. The lady that answers the phone is always polite. She takes good care of me. My review is based solely on the customer service from her.
This place constantly causes me issues. Not charging my card on time and then blaming me for it is my biggest issue.
The water in my apartment complex was shut off on a Friday night and we’re being told we wont have water until TUESDAY because of the holiday weekend. We pay for this service and they are cheating us. I can’t shower, cook or brush my teeth because Montgomery Water Works in neglecting to do their job.
