Went through the wash and found 3 scratches on my car. Asked to speak with someone about it and had all employees on shift come by and look at them. Was told there was nothing they could do about it and that they didn't do it. Also refused to bring it up on the cameras to see if the scratches were there before I went through the wash. Would also like to note that the car is still not clean with dirt still on most places on the vehicle.nnIn short I will not be back and will be referring as many people as possible not to do so as well until they can at least go over the camera footage with me and prove they were not there before I went into the wash.nnUpdate a week later: 3/1/21nnI have attempted to contact the email they have given below but only received reply emails about their payment plan wash services. Nothing has been resolved at this time.
I will NEVER go back to this location! Staff was unprofessional and the wash still left my car with black spots and streaks after 2 washes. The vacuums are a joke. I was just really disappointed in the service for the money I paid.
Has changed owners again! Doesn't clean your vehicle as good as they use to. The workers barely touch your car unless you tip. ud83eudd37ud83cudffe♀ufe0f The monthly subscription is worth it though.
Since ownership changed quite a while ago the condition has deteriorated. Car doesn’t get dried off. No paper towel, several vacuums clogged up, no American Flag.
I paid $21 and two guys came out and brushed my Mercedes SUV for one minute or less in both sides no attention to my tires at all... Do better!
