Me and my boyfriend pay for this service on a monthly basis but they’ve been charging us twice a month.they told us something about contacting the regional manager but never got back to us and now they are not answering our calls. Looks like we’ll have to go to court to settle this because they’ve probably done this to a lot of customer

I’ve been a car wash club member for months, but today my antenna popped off. I asked the guys to check the wash for me. Without hesitation, one of them went to look for it — and brought it to me. (I failed to get his name.) Then, Dalton in the office worked with me to fill out a report. He also put it back on the car (a temporary fix until it can be repaired). Everybody was so nice and helpful! Thanks, guys!nn***** UPDATE: They did what they said they would! Jason with Rich's Car Wash contacted Classic Collision in Montgomery and asked them to order the part. The body shop set up an appointment for me and replaced my antenna this morning! Awesome businesses! *****

I liked it the car wash better when the other location had their car washes for $2 every day. But I must say the vacuum gets your car very clean
