Be very careful and make sure you have them break down every detail of your purchase, they only care about their Commission and fast deal. “NOT YOU”nThey offering you a great deal, but you will get the complete opposite if you not careful.nThey will treat you like family and convincing you that you will get a great deal, which is far from truth. Specially if you inexperienced in a car purchase, they will take advantage of you. Watch out in the finance room they rush you to sign the contract and hope you don’t catch on to important details.nSo take your time and read, let them wait.nThey love letting you wait for anything, specially in the car service and oil change department.nThey very pushy and will try to run you over.

Used to be my favorite dealership as far as getting my vehicle serviced due to their integrity even if the advisors weren't as friendly as i would prefer. I always felt i could trust their recommendation and professionalism. This last time was not my typical experience. I felt pressured. and did feel like a valued customer

Salesperson and vehicle were great. Finance deal was a bummer. Dealership owes me a check and have yet to send it to me over three weeks later. Came to this dealership after buying a Lexus next door. The Lexus and Toyota dealership personnel and experience is as different as night and day.

I purchased a supposedly certified vehicle only to realize the purchase price agreed on doesn't include the warranty for a certified vehicle even though Its advertised as such. You will not know until sitting at the finance persons desk to sign the papers that it will cost you an extra $130 per month. Then treated like you are a nobody for not agreeing( that is putting it nicely). Be careful and know your complete deal before arriving or be ready for a very unpleasant suprise. The sales people were nice but I should have been told prior to driving the 3 hours to purchase. I may deal on the new side but never on the used side again here!
