I purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion 2 years ago. I actually had a great experience when purchasing from Mr. Bennie Holcey. I have made my payments faithfully for 2 years and never really needed to call them until last week. My warranty has run out, but I was told that they could still help with repairs. I would just pay 50% upfront and the rest would go on my payments. I thought that was great, since I know I won't be able to afford to pay the full amount upfront. They advised me to take it to a specific mechanic shop and have them look at it. This past Monday, the mechanic shop reported to me and the warranty/service liaison that they is undriveable because it could cut off while I am driving. Also, that they could not fix my car because it is an electrical issue and advised that it should be taken to a Ford dealership. Today is Friday and I have yet to be told where my car needs to go next. I can not afford to pay all repairs up front and I would hate risking just taking it to any dealership, then having the warranty/service liaison tell me they don't deal with that particular dealership. I have had bad service many places, but never felt the need to do a review. I am only doing this in hopes of getting a simple call back.

I hate this place, awesome car, but lots of hidden fees I got ready to pay my car off in full and they came with thousands of hidden fees that no one made me aware of. I feel like I’ve been robbed! Never again will they get my service!!! A 2015 Chrysler 200 is not worth $30,000!!!

My daughter purchased a car from this place and since day number 2 she has had problems and they have not tried to make it right yet. she says she try to call and emailed and no one has reached out to her. the car looked good from the outside but on the inside or rather under the hood is pure terror. I myself would not purchase, look at or test drive from this place. I think my daughter was taken advantage of ; because she needed a car and they worked with her she got DUPED!! Very, Very , very , very poor customer service
