Service performed 3/23/21 on my 2011 Volvo V50 T5 (Timing and drive belt changes); can’t say enough good things about the great customer service and excellent mechanical work performed. Car is running like a top and the attentiveness and service given by Tom, the service mgr, was more than we could have asked for. Tom, per his mechanic, made sure to let us know of any additional parts needing replacing before the work was done (motor mount, coolant tank) and allowed me to inspect the old timing belt at my request, no problem at all. All 5 star service in my opinion.. Thank you!

Service technician (Mr. Thomas) was superb! He understood my needs and provided honest direction on how to move forward. Loaner vehicle service was very useful, but hope to see their drop-off service return. Will definitely return for future service needs and possibly trade options if it comes to that measure.

Cant say enough about Robbie Poole at Jack Ingram Volvo in helping me purchase a Volvo for my mom. English is not my mom’s first language and Robbie took the extra time to answer all her questions and making sure she was comfortable with getting the car she wanted. Often times buying a car can be super stressful, but it was the opposite here.nnThe customer service, patience and knowledge really shows. I recommend this dealership to anyone, especially thankful to Robbie for helping to make this happen.
