The used car lot was extremely unprofessional and rude. Tried to purchase a “certified used” vehicle and was almost scammed out of $2,500. Then I was told that they do not certify vehicles unless the customer wants to, but wouldn’t sell me the vehicle without a certification. The $2,500 was not on any paperwork and only after asking 3 times where that number was coming from did I actually see the paperwork with that figure on it. When I caught on to what they were doing, the finance manager, salesman, and sales manager all acted extremely rude and unprofessional. The salesman then called after I let the lot and admitted they lied about the price of certification, they just wanted to make a profit. I even tried to call back and purchase the car without certification and they refused to sell. They also tried to get me to finance a total of $10,000 when I only needed to finance about $3,000. I would’ve ended up paying over $25,000 for a car listed at $18,000. Carefully check your paperwork if you decide to purchase a car here. I will never deal with Reinhardt Toyota ever again.
