I would send someone here. The guy was very helpful and honest with us. If he knew, he knew. If he didn't know or wasn't sure, he said so. All in all though he was knowledgeable on our questions. He had a beard, didn't catch his name. The guy at the counter was equally nice. They're a little on the high side, given you can find some similar items at Walmart for slightly less. I expected that going in though so I'll return.

My rat died overnight the day I got him, and I honestly don't sleep until around 2am. Honestly it hurts only because I don't want to give such a low review Because otherwise the place is nice with nice workers, but this really stung my view on them- now I have to try and return it. Better give them a call ;-;.

This was my first visit to a Petco store. The store is clean, very well organized and the associates were professional, very helpful/ knowledgeable of their products which made my shopping experience effortless. I love this store and I will be back.
