Colonial Pest provides excellent customer service. Their techs are responsive and respectful. I appreciate they always check that my dog is inside and they remind me she should remain indoors after application.nThe tech was on time, and left the area in excellent condition. He was well versed in bees and made appropriate suggestions. I highly recommend Colonial! They have been my pest control provider for about 20 years and they have always performed a first class job. Thank you!

Would highly recommend this company!nnOur inspector was personable and knowledgeable during our inspection for wood destroying insects. He was very considerate of social distancing and wearing mask! The experience was great.nnBooking the inspection was quick and easy, and we got the report to submit to our financing company immediately.

We just had our first service appointment yesterday. Everyone has been very responsive. We got an initial call back within 24 hours and an appointment less than a week later. Our exterminator was absolutely lovely! He was friendly and personable. He did a great job explaining what he was doing, asking questions and answering our questions.

The service tech that came to my home (Kevin) was professional and polite. He gave a clear explanation of what he was doing and why he was doing it. He gave recommendations and was thoughtful in his responses. This was my 1st time using this companies services, hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, I will use them again.
