I'm not one to really write reviews but i feel like this is a relevant warning for those wanting help with ADHD treatment. Since the beginning, i felt that many of the times my specific doctor paid the least patient-centered care for me throughout my time here. My friends have all had similar experiences as well in this clinic specifically too. My experience specifically has racked up hundreds of dollars wasted due to monthly check ups of the same four questions that were asked in my first appointment with them. Also, every single time i've come to an appointment on time, i've waited in the waiting room for at least 45 minutes, many times much longer. To me, it felt like i was charged excessively with urine tests every two months, expensive copays, and several hours of wasted time just to be asked three questions, with no eye contact, care just to leave five minutes after I enter their office.

Just moving from Indiana I was in need of someone to see. I came across Rivertown and thought I would give it a try. I have never felt more welcomed at a place on my first visit. Everyone was so kind and understanding and really listened to me. Miss Ashley J. was so kind to me and very sympathetic to me. Miss Jones was so wonderful to me and really took the time to understand what I was trying to say. I will continue to seek my treatment with this facility and recommend to anyone who is in need of help to come here.

Being new to Auburn I was nervous about finding a doctor to help with my needs. Rivertown has provided excellent service and have made me feel at home, despite being so far away! I would refer them to any of my friends and family because I know they will be in good hands. Dr. Hickerson and her staff are the best and are always willing to work with my busy schedule.

Before we started our adventure into solving my daughters emotional issues She could not make friends easily, She didn't wanna leave the house, and she never smiled. Because of the doctor and staff at Rivertown Psychiatry my baby has it all. She is happy, smiles all the time, and doesn't have to have her emotional support animal with her to leave the house. But most of all she had a joy for life that we never thought we would ever see in her and we will always be eternally grateful and blessed to have Rivertown Psychiatry as part of our lives.
