Had a small yellow jacket nest in a window well--since people in our house are allergic to bees, had to call in the professionals. Michael was prompt, polite, and explained everything that he was doing so we understood fully. He took care of the bees quickly and safely, and we haven't seen any return since. Afterward, I asked him to walk us around the house to identify any other potential pest problems, and he was friendly and very helpful. Would use them again anytime.
Arrived on time, were professinal and bees are gone. I am dissatisfied as I explained my issue prior to arrival. Technician explained that in a week when we get a frost, the hive will be dead and bees will be gone. I sure wish they had informed of that before they arrived and charged me $175 essentially for a problem that would had resolved itself. They got their money but not exactly the way to build a long term customer relationship.
The tech was very knowledgeable, efficient, addressed all concerns and a very nice person too. We've used them before for bat's. They resolved that issue, thank goodness!
F&W has been wonderful over the years. They keep the pests away. Service people know customer service. Highly recommended!
I just had my house sprayed for fleas a few days ago. They showed up on time and was courteous as well. I cant attest to the effectiveness of the spray they used yet because its only been a few days but so far so good.
