3.5 really. They do a fine job with cleaning, but if you drop your clothes off make sure you get a receipt and keep up with what you dropped off. I had to help them find my pants, and while I was looking they were informing another customer they still couldn't locate his suit. May have been a coincidence but it didn't look great.
