This place used to be a very efficient laundry mat although no longer. They miss count your items allot and missplace your items too. The customer service is horrible.
Very poor customer service. Took brand new dress shirts for press and received them.back with stains on them that wasn't there when I dropped the shirts off. Most importantly, they lost 7 pieces of my clothes and the manager has no remorse about them. It's been a month now and still no word on my missing clothes. They don't answer the phone when you call in for questions. And the manager is never there for me to question him about my clothes. He has done nothing to resolve this matter.
Very poor customer service. They take no accountability when they mess up. Your clothing come back with stains on them that wasn't there when you drop it. They even gave someone else my clothes and won't do anything to replace them. Manager has no regard for your loss. Don't go here unless you want a horrible experience.
