I needed to get my son's outfit steamed before a photoshoot and of course I waited until the last minute to do so. The lady I spoke with was super nice and got my son's outfit steamed within minutes!

I use to take my clothes here to get cleaned. I understand that the cleaners are hot as a customer I'm just in there for a quick second, but your workers are there for hours so owners/ management/ Corporate you can at least have a better cool strategy or system for your employees!

THE WORST ALTERATIONS EVER!!!nI went into this establishment with the intentions of having multiple garments in for alterations. After waiting ONE WEEK (because the clothes had to be sent somewhere else to be altered) my alterations came back UNDONE!nnWhen I stated this issue with the worker ( who CLEARLY does not follow a diet), she became very defensive as if she did the alterations herself.nnShe started yelling at me, disrespecting me, and eventually raised a STAPLER AT ME AND THREATENED TO HIT ME WITH IT!!!nnThe POLICE had to be summoned to defuse the situation. When I took an overall look at the clothes, most of them were okay but there were a few that was NOT FINISHED!!!nn$95 dollars for alterations is RIDICULOUS!nnDO NOT GO HERE!

The appearance of this place should have given me some indication of the quality. It is old run down and dirty. I used them twice, the first time I noticed several wrinkles in my shirts, but thought it was just the way I had stored them when I got home. The second time I noticed tons of wrinkles that were pressed into my shirts. I would not go back unless I was in a time pinch.

After two and a half months, 3 visits to the store, and 2 phone calls I finally got my formal dress back. They did not charge me but it was still dirty. I was promised 4 times that my dress would be ready within a week. 100% do not recommend this business ESPECIALLY if you need something done quickly.
