Sent a new pair of velvet pants to them because it was dry clean only. Got them back and patches of the fabric were gone. And they were deceitful. I discovered the damage at home. I would have been better off washing them myself.
John and the team at 4 Seasons are life savers! I brought an upholstered chair cover that had been drawn on with a ballpoint pen by my 18 month old, and he removed the stains with no trace and returned it to me quickly. It looks like new! Everyone here is so professional and knowledgeable, AND they did not charge me an arm and a leg. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!
Very good service and reasonably priced.
The staff is not friendly, and they take forever. It consistently takes 3 weeks or more to get a single couch cushion cover back.
