I went in today to this clinic very discouraged. the staff was absolutely wonderful and did a great job of getting me in and out of the clinic in a timely manner. Ms. Vee was the lab technician that assisted me in my time there. She was very personable and the sweetest lady. She was an absolute blessing to me today as was the rest of the staff. She could tell I was having a difficult time and made an effort to make me feel better. She even gave me a bag of candy with that sweet note. The doctor was also very reassuring and listened to all my concerns. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I am very glad I chose that clinic. I will be recommending this clinic to everyone!!

Either they book more appointments than they can handle or they put walk-ins ahead of appointments. In either case, they’re wrong for doing so. No one should ever have to wait an hour or more after their scheduled appointment time, much less when they arrive 10-15 minutes early and are fully checked in 5-10 minutes before their appointment time, and it is a regular occurrence here. Only go here if you have nothing else going on in life and don’t mind wasting half a day.

American Family Care are the most professional people I have ever met. The facilities are clean and nice environment place.. oh did I mention the pharmacy wonderful just marvelous place thanks American Family Care

The service at the clinic is wonderful. However their billing department has repeatedly sent bills with past due notices months after visits with no prior indication of any money being owed. This is after they tell you that they will automatically charge you. When their billing department is called you will sit on hold for a half hour until a representative answers only to tell you to hold for another half hour.
