Great service
....staff is very helpful but, the reading system for members has not worked correctly. It will not read tag in windshield. Very time consuming
I said I wanted to cancel my membership for March, and they said everything has been canceled. But this morning I got charged a membership fee. And they would not answer the phone. Plus the entire washing sequence turned out to be not so effective as some parts of my car is still dirty after the wash.
Decent service. Not the most effective car wash my car has received. But it is nice having the vacuuming system.
The attendants treat law enforcement vehicles with better prepping . I actually pay for my services and I really don't appreciate that,this isn't the first time I noticed. I did let the attendants know my feelings in the matter.
