I put 2 grand down on Feb 17 2021 for a dodge ram quad cab... Since.. It has been to the shop three times.. Its been in the shop more than I have had it in my possession.. Every time I call to ask what is going on they just extension my call to someone else that never answers the phone or can't help.. BEWARE!!

Did not know they turn their cars off with a tracker they claimed was for other purposes when late on payment. Absolutely can not wait to return car. I don’t care about the consequences at this point.
William Parsons went above and beyond to accommodate me and my monthly payment concerns also helped me come in on my lunch break and get back to work on time I got the truck I wanted and service I didn't expect as I attempted to stereotype a used car salesman in my mind thanks William!!
Worst place to buy a car. Hadn’t had my car 2weeks and it is in the shop. The ONLY auto shop they use are a month behind. (Rapid tire) don’t get me started on those terrible people. But this dealership here! If you want to ride off the lot and be stuck on the side of the road go on and give them your money. And they don’t push the shop to fix your car. Once you sign the paper they clearly show you that they don’t care about any issue you have.
