A cold roll was mixed with a fried roll in the same container, making my fiance's fried roll cold and my cold roll suspiciously warm. These are two separate orders on the same ticket, why cant it have ita own container. I understand that times are tough, but don't sacrifice quality and customer satisfaction just to save some change. As a business in this take out culture, a lost regular is worse in the long run.
