Food was great and reasonably priced
Waitress was great. I unfortunately didn't catch her name.
We literally waited for an hour and they told us that we could sit at the bar and then they would seat us but then they decided to take us off the waiting list and then we continued waiting and people came in and were sat with two minutes. and the service absolutely sucks! I WONT BE BACK!
This was over a year ago, just realized I posted this for the wrong location so I'm reposting now for the correct Auburn location. Had the most terrible experience here with a waiter only coming to bring us our food, never came to check on us, or bring us our bill. The restaurant was almost completely empty (maybe 5 tables seated) and 3 different waiters plus bartender. He had one other table come in and went to take their order, yet never asked us how we were doing on his way there or back. When we tried to get his attention he ignored us. We were there for over an hour and decided to just pay on the kiosk and leave.
Hire some employees that actually love what they do and will not tell white lies to customers while the restaurant is open for business. Finished a photo shoot and entered the restaurant approximately forty minutes before closing time just for an employee to greet my group with a fabricated story on why we wouldn’t be able to dine-in. I took my concern to the manager, Dennis, and he resolved everything with a welcoming spirit. After an extremely long day of travel without food, I really appreciated his service. Giving 5 stars for him!
