I called almost in tears with no idea what I was going to do or where I was going to live, being disabled with children and the lady answer the phone and treated me great and her name was Kris and she stayed on the phone giving me numbers after number to check ,she went over my app. Before I left to make sure I had filled it out correctlynThe other lady in the office that gave me the app.was also very caring.these lady really care and do their jobs and give people hope.i cannt thank them enough.
