Rudest people I have encountered since moving to Auburn. Had a confirmation for COVID-19 vaccine. They said I wasn't in their system and that I must have FAKED the confirmation! Refused to give me the vaccine that I had been waiting weeks to get. These people are in need of some serious customer service skills training.

I have had nothing but good experiences, whether calling in or going up to the office. The ladies are always friendly and have no problem answering the questions I have had. They were patient and thorough. This health department is much better than others I have been to.

We should all write Senator Tommy Tuberville. They will get right then, or lose their job. There are too many people that need a job to be wasting it on lazy people who think we owe them a free ride. Write people! It is the only way to clean the place up and not be treated like dirt.
