Nice and helpful
We went ther last night and the aquatic section was great. The man that helped my husband and I was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us pick fish for our sons first fish tank and had tons of great advice. How ever the hampters etc seemed a bit overcrowded in their enclosures.
Brandon, an associate in the fish department, was more that helpful. He was knowledgeable and answered quite a few questions I had. The rest of the staff was friendly as well, and the store seemed adequately stocked.
Courtney stood up for everybody obeying the man mandates by asking a couple of they had masks. They said they did not so she said she had some for them since they had to use them in your store. They said that they would just leave. Courtney is my hero. I told her thank you 3 times before I left and plan on submitting a customer ticket to the main office. She should be recognized.
I was passing through Alabama Auburn area to get back to Georgia and it was raining and my little Chihuahua decided he was going to have a conniption fit and got all anxious and everything so I stopped there to find something to calm him down as I didn't want to give him Benadryl that makes me nervous. It took a while for me to get an employee's attention and I only got it when I got to the register but the tablet said I got for him were very very big and hard and chalky I carried them back inside to see if I could exchange them and I did for some soft chews and they let me exchange them no problem. And the chews worked!!!
