So the first time I ever had Popeyes was from the one in garden city I believe (its close to the landfill, that's all I remember), and that was the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had! I came here and the biscuits were basically salty hardtack. The chicken is slimy and has an off taste to it. I used to work in a fried food restaurant, and I know that taste, it basically comes from when a fryer hasn't been cleaned in more than 12 days, I don't exactly remember if that's against FDA guidelines or not. Cmon people, what's going on here?

Customer service was awful. No one knew what they doing. Restaurant was dirty.
