Had such a great experience here. We had a flat tire with a big hole in it and had no choice but to change it. With the help of a few others and an employee named Mr. Mallory, who went way out of his way to help us out. It was freezing cold out and even being on his break he was gracious enough to lend a helping hand. Thank you so much!nnAlso, while the tire was being changed, the warm beverages Pilot had were very much needed and the station itself was very clean.
Super nice staff and very clean store. However, this store has not had its bathroom remodel done yet so if you're looking for one of the nice pilot showers that you've gotten used to lately, you won't find it here. They still have the icky shower curtains that nobody wants brushing against their leg when they're showering.
I was in the bathroom, along with a lady that works here. She used the bathroom, left the restroom without washing her hands. ud83eudd2eud83eudd2e
Clean bathroom, decent price on gas and friendly staff. 5 stars.
They put a sign on the door that masks are required. I guess the mask is supposed to protect you from filthy bathrooms (men's and women's). Take your own paper towels to dry your hands, they don't refill the dispensers. Coffee area sticky and dirty. Employees couldn't care less about complaints.
