They were rough with my teeth, and the leather on the chairs were ripped they really need improve the quality of their equipment. They didn’t explain anything as they were working. And when I asked a question half the time they ignored me. They weren’t thorough with my cleaning, it was very quick and I felt like they could have done a better job. They done my cleaning quickly and were very rude to me when I asked a question for the second time because they didn’t answer the first time. They wanted me to come back for them to pull a tooth that was loose when it was clearly coming out on its own. It seams like they just wanted to pull it for the money, it’s not like it was hurting me or causing any pain. No reason for it to be pulled. Overall experience wasn’t great that’s why I gave it a one star rating.

Dr. Kim came highly recommended by several friends. I needed extractions & dentures. Dr. Kim and the majority of the staff have lived up to their reputation, however, the day of the extractions was very traumatic. The tech was either not well-trained or just didn't care to perform her job correctly. Proper care was not given, after-care info was not provided, and this required a return visit to the clinic on the same day. I haven't seen this employee since, and other employees have been professional & caring.

I love this place! I hate going to the dentist but Dr. Kim and his staff make my experience so much better! Dr. Kim is the best!! I am always made comfortable. I am made aware of all financial issues etc.

As always, the staff and Dentists at Today's Family Dentistry are Amazing. They are professional, courteous and friendly. You always get the best care possible every time you walk in the door!! I trust Dr. David Kim with my whole family and recommend him to everyone I know. Great People!!!
