I’ve used Car Wash USA Express in Cullman in the corner of Hwy 31 and Hwy 157 several times recently and have been very impressed, that’s why I went ahead and signed up for the monthly plan, even though I live in Hartselle. It’s worth the drive! Give them a try and I believe you will agree :)
The manager is extremely friendly, hard working. I come here because of the way they treat our first responders. And all of the workers here are very efficient.
Nice automatic car wash. Wish the staff would clean the windshield and back glass a little better. But overall a good experience. Vacuums need a little more suction.
Since I received a text asking for my review, here it is. The new system of handling customers is lousy. The monthly membership has lost all value at this point. Everyone is forced to use one lane, so those whom do have the monthly pass are stuck behind 3 cars being hocked the memberships and then processing their payments. As a result my wait time has increased 2-3x what it was before. It seems that this also has decreased the quality of the scrubbing before entering the wash. If this system is still in place by the time my next monthly payment is due, I am cancelling. I can save time washing my own car.
Very friendly service. They gave me a complimentary cloth to clean the inside of my vehicle with, which was really nice. Very good at supporting the local law enforcement.
