I'm not sure what's with this place. During the day everything goes great, absolutely fine. But after 11:00 things go downhill. I play in a band, and most of our gigs get done by 11 or 12. This place, multiple times, has gotten a simple order wrong. This last time was really strange. I got the French Dip, which should come with the dip and be cut in half, and atleast somewhat warm. Tonight, I got it and they gave me no dip, and it wasn't even cut in half? The hoagie was just sliced about an inch deep on one side and was a hardly put together sandwich. Wasn't even slightly warm, was ice cold, and the cheese wasn't even melted. Also I was going to order a drink, but the lady just cut me off and gave the price for the sandwich. Very disappointing.

We came through and ordered food. We didn’t get it all so we tried to come back but the line was to the road and the lobby is closed. We called a total of 15 times with no answer. We sat in line again and still didn’t get our missing food that we paid for! Very poor customer service. It didn’t help that the food was cold and the fries where old. We also asked for some sauce and only got one pack when we ordered for 5 people.

Excellent beef and cheddar with a good amount of beef and a lot better than New Castle Indiana where I ordered a fish sandwich and it was a total nightmare and really didn't seem to have any fish on it. Great staff and they were quick.

It seems like anytime you go to this location at night the shake machine isn't working. It's been like that for the past few months and everytime I have gotten food it's cold and tastes as if it's been sitting in in a warmer all day.

It's alright. Service is kinda slow, food is good but as a worker I know the dirty nasty secrets and how we make the food. The people are nice and had my meal right.
