Is like McDonald's to me I'm loving it
Every time we go it gets worse and worse. Food was cold and greasy. Too many employees just standing around considering it was packed out busy. The cashier was trying to also do hostess work and walk trays out. Although they had people waiting to have their order taken. I won't be back day or night its cold and greasy. It truly blows my mind because I know for a fact it use to not be this bad. Employees just standing around should leave thats stealing time. We waited 20 minutes for cold food. You're thinking with a wait like that its going to be fresh and great. Far from it.
Fast,quality food
This rating is for the night service. They told me I had to wait on fries for 7 minutes, which is fine and I'm patient. But it had been over 20-30 minutes and multiple people got their food before me that I'm pretty sure had fries. I swear they just forgot about me. Everytime I go in the mornings, it's always fast, friendly and good food! Like I said I love the mornings and afternoon service, but I hate the night service
I love Jack's!! It's the only place I WILL eat breakfast at lol they have great prices and there biscuits are absolutely AMAZING!!
