Food was good as always. Was disappointed in tonight though. We got there, was told 30 minutes after sitting there that the cook was on his way out. Then about 10 minutes later they sit two ladies at our grill. Which was fine. Then we had to wait at least another 20-30 minutes after they ordered for the cook to start. We love coming here for our special nights. But tonight would of been better if they came a talked to us about what they were planning.

It was GREAT!!! My first time eating there.nThe cook was amazing, the things he did was funny. My grandson loved it.nThe waitress was really nice even though she had a lot of people to wait on.

We love this place, but today was review worthy. We ordered online and I misunderstood the order number so my partner picked up the wrong food. We were starving and it was a long drive back so we rolled with it. About an hour later we got a call from the person who took our order. HE apologized and offered to replace the meal. It was MY mistake and they offered to replace our food. That is above and beyond customer service.nnWe are really fussy about where we eat out. Well, we're just really fussy period. But Ninja has definitely earned our patronage. The food is always great (we always order to-go). The portion sizes are ENORMOUS. The staff is always friendly. Every time I've gone in to pick up my food, the staff has had a pleasant thing to say.nnIf you're in the area...check them out :)

We enjoy visiting Ninja Japanese Steakhouse and we always like the hibachi grills and the cooks are so talented and the show they put on is great for the whole family. Clean dining room and atmosphere and clean restrooms make this a great family fun and entertaining evening.

Sooo amazing! The chefs are entertaining and watching them make your food is awesome. You get so much more when doing the hibachi and ordering a combo meal! Absolutely worth trying!!!
