Great food, the only thing I didn't like was the fact they charged for refills of Arnold Palmer drinks. Its only sweet tea and a little lemonade. My drinks alone were 18 dollars. I didn't appreciate that for sure. Nobody told me about the refill cost

Met up with friend for lunch that I hadn't seen in a year. Had the best waiter. He recommended a few things, was very personable but not pushy. We had fried green tomatoes for starters I had shrimp and grits & she had the salmon dish. We both enjoyed are meals. Our waiter spaced our dishes just perfectly allowing us time to talk. Neve rpushed us but still attentive. And of course we ended with a warm orange roll. I'm NEVER disappointed when I go to All Steak to eat. It's a little expensive but well worth every bite!

I used to think that this place was good, not so much anymore.nThe cook can’t use a thermometer or follow simple directions. InI cook steak at home better than that amateur.

I can only go by my past experiences with the food and service from 2 years ago and at that time I would have given it 5 stars. So, for my Birthday I wanted to go back and celebrate it there. I had called a day before to make reservations for my Birthday party and was told I didn't need to make reservations but when our party of 7 arrived they said that I should have made reservations and the wait would be 3 hours. I explained that I tried to make reservations and was told I didn't need to. The person of front explained as though she was reading a script like a robot told me over and over a reservations is not required but highly encouraged and I should have made a reservation. They did not try to accommodate us or take responsibility for their mistake. They were rude and disrespectful. I will never make plans to go back and will let everyone I know how unprofessional the staff was.
