I’m a long time patron of Cloud9. I love the salon, the staff, and the owner. The stylists are professional, and always ahead of what’s current & trendy. From the warm welcome to the “see you next time” moment, it feels like very personal. They are the best!

I have been having my hair done at Cloud 9 since they were in a smaller building in Martins Ferry. I was looking for a place that was modern, stylish, affordable, and friendly. I found all that and more in Cloud 9! I have stayed with my hair stylist Jaime but would not hesitate to have any of Bridget’s girls cut and color my hair!!!

I've been coming here for years. The staff is friendly and courteous. And quite talented! I have never been dissatisfied. Its definitely the cream of the crop in Belmont County.
