Considered this school for my son, but finally decided against it as the price rivals that of an actual college. It took a few months to decide not to send the kid here, and while I value a good education...in general, colleges don't care about what kind of school you went to; especially since all they even get from the school is a transcript of grades, that's it. I worked in a Texas college office. I promise you: we don't care what the letterhead says, they care about grades and certain test scores.nnOther than that, I've never heard anything bad about this school; from a few parents in passing and some students. Even went on a tour. If I didn't have confidence in the schools of the area, or my child's abilities, I'd send him here.
My brother went to school here from 5th through 12th grade.His class had exceptional results and several National Merit Scholar winners.nnBut it wasn't just the college prep that this school gave. He was consistently very challenged with amazingly supportive teachers. Great school!
Memories are said to be beautified memories, but if you can still remember the hard things vividly, you might have had a hard time here. The academic community was fun, but the dorm was suspected of being nuclear (Bedberg), and I wonder if my eating habits would have improved even if the bridge to Kruger wasn't cut off.
