I have never had a bad experience until today. We waited for an hour and our food did not arrive. The waitress came around our area several times and did not give any update on our food. I doubt she knew we left. I have never walked out of a restaurant after I ordered.
Not only did we have great food but our waitress was 100% the best. If you ever stop by I hope you get Abigayle!! She is FANTASTIC!
First time eating there. Wings were some of the best I have had. They sat 18 in one area.
We LOVE quaker steak. We always get awesome food and great service. But today, not so much. when we finally were greeted after about 5 minutes, the server had a hard time understanding which drinks went on which bill. There were only 3 of us, and 2 bills total so shouldn't have been too hard. Took another 5 minutes or so before we got our drinks. She didn't ask if we wanted to put in any appetizers while we wanted for our bar drinks. Her personality was non-existent, not personable what so ever. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. I told her I'd like it well done, no onion or tomato. It came out medium well, and only lettuce. I had to ask for pickles ud83eudd74 I'm not sure how they managed to do it, but the burger was practically burnt on the outside but pink on the inside? She didn't ask if we'd like any other drinks the entire time we were there. Only checked on us maybe twice. We were there around 4pm on 12-21. I don't even know her name because she never actually introduced herself. Our appetizers were good.
Checked in, got seated and waited 15 minutes with no service. Place was almost empty at that. I told the hostess to go ahead and take my menu because no one waited on me and she acted like it wasn’t a surprise. Last time eating at that location.
