Good restaurant! Very clean! Server (Laci) was very nice and helpful! Recommended the watermelon sangria, said it tasted like a watermelon jolly rancher. I was skeptical BUT SHE WAS RIGHT! Totally recommend it! Everything else was standard Olive Garden procedure, except no mints at the end????ud83dude31

What an experience! We meet so many people, both staff and other guests. Lizzy and Kristen were soo great. Megan, the manager actually remembers us everytime and greets us, you are a sweetheart. I had been to Italy many times and Olive garden in the Highlands reminds me of my experiences there. Please keep this staff together! Love you guys!

Really good experience. The restaurant was full. Still they were following the social distancing guidelines. Every alternate table were blocked, all waiters were wearing masks. Before anyone occupied the table, it was cleaned well and the kiosk was also cleaned.nVery much pleasant experience.

We had a new waiter. That is fine, but I am curious about the training program at this restaurant. Service is as good as the training. Maybe the managers need to head back to school for training. I saw managers helping seasoned wait staff. Yet, our new employee was given multiple tables at the same time. The insincere comments from the manager was enough to make me lose my dinner. I don’t want a gift card. I want you to teach your wait staff to put a correct amount of dressing on a salad. I want you to teach your wait staff to have straws available before asking for a third time. A spoon for the dessert would be nice. The young gentleman tried very hard. My question, could a manager have helped to facilitate a smooth execution of our whole dining experience by supporting this new employee. Tell me how working only with the experienced staff supported my experience at this establishment. It didn’t.
