Taste is an afterthought here, it's not good.
The sandwiches were just ok.
This was our first time dining here or any other Primanti Bros. restaurants . We had 9 in our party that included 2 toddlers but were seated promptly and comfortably. The food was absolutely delicious served promptly and the customer service was awesome. I left my take home box on our table. As I went out the exit door and around the building I realized it was missing. I rushed back to get it. In the short time that it took to get around to the entrance they were already clearing up our table and had already disposed if my food. I can't blame them for being so efficient but I was almost in tears. I had over half of my meal leftover. They replaced what they'd thrown away with a whole new meal! Now that's great customer service!
I can't say I've ever had a bad experience at this restaurant. I did notice they insisted on opening the garage doors in the side dining area. It's 48f today. Thankfully I want in that section. Always great food and service though.
