Several rooms have been remodeled are an excellent value. Only negative is no microwave.(one in office) Cheapest way to stay and ski at Snowshoe. Nice to be able to easily run into town for food or alcohol. I'll definitely be back !
I’ve been staying at this motel when going to snowshoe for probably 8 years now. The bar is a nice little setting with good prices and the breakfast is great. I would say in the past 8 years I’ve stayed here 2-3 times a year and I can’t think of any issues I’ve ever had. I know some hotels/ motels if you don’t checkout on time they charge a fee but I’ve overslept here before with no charges. Great place to stay especially if you’re going to snowshoe (I think it’s only about 30 minutes away) and friendly staff, highly recommended.
Rates are decent, unless you have a pet-$15.00 extra ud83dude33 Rooms are usually clean, no complaints so far. Friendly staff; owner is very nice. Simple place on the edge of a quaint little town!
Good place to stay. Rooms somewhat dated but clean and well kept. Convenient to Snowshoe and restaurants in Marlinton. Price is good if all you need is a place to sleep.
Most rooms are renovated which looks great and the older rooms are still okay too. Either way you can't beat the price. Stores around here close early so make sure you eat and fuel up before dark.
