Vacationing at Watoga and stopped in to just check them out. Super nice and friendly folks, but hey, they're Mountaineers, what would you expect. Thanks for the great homemade WV masks! (My wife loves hers).
Great stop! Great people, excellent service
Amazing place! The kids and I went for a last minute kayak ride down the river. The guy in the front was by himself and still worked very patiently with us. The kids and i had an amazing time on our 4 mile river float.
Store personnel was not at all helpful. No other shoppers and he did not offer to guide me to an item that he knows is hard to find among many items that look alike. He had a generally unconcerned and defensive attitude. I regret the purchase which would have been more pleasant at WalMart.
