Loved my hair cut. Very friendly and helpful hairdresser named Tina. Overall great experience. Receptionist needs some fine tuning, i.e. offering brochure at check out on all services offered, following through with scheduling an appointment for a different service. Felt she was there just for the paycheck. However; all in all a great experience. Will definitely be back to see Tina.

I have only been here for their massage services which are very good, but I know others who have had their hair done here and it was very good.

My first experience was not good. Worst pedicure I've ever had. Had to come home and do my heels over.nI have a gift certificate that I cant return. A christmas gift.nI inquired about a refund, they said no.. so Im pretty much stuck with $$275 that I do not want to use. Bad policy as a company not to cover this when service was not good
