They were really easy to work with helping me get a Chinese travel visa. I would recommend working with them. I called them first and they emailed me the paper work that I filled out before going to their office. They were all set up to take the required pictures and I could pay by credit card for their work and the visa application.
I have used The Travel Broker for 10 years now. Personal or business, they know the industry and get the job done. Twice now I have had to expedite (same day processing) my passport for immediate travel. Without blinking, Marni Was able to politely and professionally explain what I needed to do in 2 steps, with one of those steps being come into the office with X documents. I love these ladies and would recommend them 10 out of 10 times.
