I see Trish monthly for the Dermaplane facial. I have become addicted!! I look forward to going every month. The atmosphere of the office is so pleasant and calming and the staff is so welcoming. Trish is the bomb! I’ve also seen Dr Ray for Botox and he is amazing as well! The office also offers great skin care products... Try serucell serum!

I have been using Marshall Plastics for 12 years. They are a wonderful caring group of health care workers. Dr Faltaous is a great doctor and I see him every 3 months for Botox injections. I love the results. Trish does my facials and my skin has improved. They have their own line of products which I highly recommend.

I had this really annoying little eye lesion that would not go away for a couple of months. I asked if Dr. Impastato could remove this. She removed it within seconds!nShe had a very long needle near my eye and honestly I was pretty freaked out at the idea of having a needle that close. Dr. Impastato made me feel so comfortable though. She explained everything that she was doing and really helped me relax. It did not hurt at all! I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. She is incredibly sweet, punctual, and she is the kind of lady who you want to be friends with! We are so fortunate to have her at Marshall Health!

Recently had my first visit at Marshall Health with Trish. I had an amazing and relaxing back facial! The staff were friendly and professional. The office was clean and up to date. I can't wait to see Trish again for my facial! ❤

I have been a patient of Dr. Faltaous for over a decade after being referred and all of his procedures were successful with no complications, and honest results. Most of which appear scarless to the untrained eye. My skin care is amazing by Trish McCarty at the same office, who I recommend and multiple friends have had the same experience. If you are nervous about a procedure you will feel comforted and calm before and during your procedures and confident after. I’ve had over a dozen procedures between the two and will continue to return.
